I can’t really comment on GTA 4 I haven’t had the opportunity to try it yet been too busy teaching myself asp.net to play games. GTA:Vice City is the last gta game I played. The day it released my life was paused for 2 weeks while trying to master the new motorcycles.

So wonderful to see some new images. Been wondering what you’ve been up to. You know I haven’t owned a video game system for a very long time. I haven’t played GTA 4. Heard nothing but good things about it though. Oh, I have to pick my favorite of the new set. Which of course is a very difficult task. Not that I’m complaining. Love the first pic in the ladder set because if shows off those long, lovely legs of yours. Red nightie is again one of those elegant sets which I always love. The paint one is fun and silly, and you look great in the ponytail. I love the laid back feel of the jean set. Damn Kate, you know I can never pick a favorite, thanks for all the lovely images. They’re all winners. And love that sweet smile of yours, it kills me every time. You know they should allow a playable female character in the GTA series, and online co-op play. That way you and I can cause damage Bonnie and Clyde style.

I know how you feel. I get really nervous when playing online games as well.
Most recently wow I used to get so nervous at times I would actually begin shaking afraid I would do something wrong and make the group mad. This would usually happen in battlegrounds but also sometimes during group instance runs.
There was a day our group was doing brd and as a balance druid (caster) I rolled on a caster trinket and won. The group was upset with me for rolling on an item that was “for the mage.” Later during the run I was booted from the group for winning a greed roll. I sent a message to one of the people in the group asking why I was booted. The mage replied saying I was booted because I “stole” her trinket earlier and the rest of the group (her friends) were upset about it. I took this very hard and quit the game deleting all my characters including a lvl 70. A little over a month later I came back with a new attitude that I would play for my own enjoyment and not worry about what the others thought. I rarely had anymore trouble with nerves while playing. When people treated me decently and accepted my characters spec we would become good friends. Every so often someone would seem to come along that “hated” balance spec and would harass me about it and how I sucked for picking the spec. I would just explain to them that I play this spec because I enjoy it and they would earn themselves a spot on my ignore list.

I guess all I am trying to say is to not worry about what others think on an online game and have fun. Every game will have its share of people trying to get their enjoyment from ruining others day. The only thing you can do is ignore them and not let them spoil your fun.

A while back I found pics of you posing in front of what appeared to be a Chrysler CrossFire. I have always wondered was that your car or someone else’s?

its addictive, the driving sucks at the begining but driving becomes easier as you play the game more…
the game overall gets better as you play along and get to the different islands.

Sub spec would be a great choice for the battlegrounds. Rogues were always a tough target in pvp but sub spec was near impossible. My char was primarily for pvp and I was always getting owned by rogues The shadow step ability would completely take away our main advantage we get from cheetah form. If I was unable to keep distance on a rogue I usually lost. Anyway good luck with the spec changes. I hope you find your perfect spec.

I have to say the car is awesome. I bet it is pretty fast too. The luggage issue is very understandable especially if its your primary vehicle. Any ideas on your next car when the lease expires?

Kate, if you want really impractical for a car, look into an Ariel Atom. It’s got a trunk that’s the size of a purse or so. heh.

Thanks Nick! It’s always fun to do something a little different and get away from the lingerie for a set or two. These pictures were actually shot at a warehouse style studio that my webmaster got. So he is busy painting walls and remodeling a few things for us to shoot with. And as you can see he also put me to work haha.

I respeced Km, it’s pretty awesome so far but its like playing an entirely different character. I have no idea what I am doing. But I’ve been in the battlegrounds pretty much all day yesterday and today haha. Just Av and Arathi Basin though. I hate EOTS and warsong gulch so much. bleh.

Hey I was looking through the druid forums and came across a post by a druid who is part of a 2400 rated sub rogue/balance druid 2v2 arena team. I don’t know how much arena competition you do but you might find it a bit interesting anyway. At the bottom of the post there is a link to a video he made of their climb to the 2400 rating. The video is from the druids perspective so the rogue can be a bit hard to pick out at times which is probably what you are more interested in.

So Kate, how many times have you completed 100% in the GTA games? Personally, I only got it in Vice City, and even then, the gorram Ambulance mission was a real PITA.

Thats too bad you don’t like motorcycles. They can be a blast if you know what you are doing. Motorcycles really dont have to be as dangerous as some people make it out to be. The KLR is actually a dual sport bike if you didn’t know which is a bit of a cross between a dirt bike and a street bike. Basically its a street legal dirt bike. They are great for riding trails. If you stick to trail riding you just eliminated the majority of the danger associated with riding motorcycles which is the other drivers. While driving a motorcycle on the road you actually driving for every single driver on the road. You never know what the other drivers will do and since a motorcycle is the most vulnerable vehicle on the road you have to stay alert to react to others bad decisions. If you ever get a chance to try out a motorcycle in an offroad setting you should go for it. I used to own a ninja a few years ago and it was a blast but I also had a few close calls as well.

That’s awesome you are not hung up on age, Kate. Age is not that important to me either, as long as I connect with the person on all the right levels. You are right that I am not a gamer. I used to totally love video games until I was about 18, then suddenly I never wanted to play another one again. Well I do work out, but not a “lot” maybe 3 times a week if I can find my way to the gym haha. I usually do the eliptical machine or row for about 20 minutes and then I do some basic weight lifting. Nothing too serious. My work outs are pretty lame. I guess I have just been blessed with good genes. I eat anything I want basically! I am in no way a vegetarian. hehe thanks for the career advice guys! Nothing really sparks my interest though so far. I definitely can NOT sing or act haha. So that’s out. Doing computer stuff sounds like “work” and not very much fun at all. I could maybe become someone’s naughty secretary or something. Although I doubt my organizational skills are up to par for that.

I really think that I want to own a coffee shop, or a book store, or a bubble tea place. or something along those lines. I have the money to start something up… but I just don’t know how profitable it would be.

Start an Internet Cafe that has really good expresso and have sexy female baristas in bikinis or lingerie. Along similar lines, you could also get your internet lesbo make-out buddies to dance in your strip club. You don’t want to dance and that’s okay cause you could just own the joint and tell the other girls what to do. You could always hang out by the Labatt’s brewery on Powell St. late at night giving BJs for $20 each, but I would not recommend that because you don’t strike me as being the “outdoorsy” type.

Oh yeah, I should tell you that I get out my BBQ about the middle of May and I eat nothing but grilled meat and fish until the end of November. If you know how to make a decent salad, I think we could really have a future together.

If you own a book shop, would you sell my books?? I think nobody wants to buy them ahahah.

I think you should open up a coffee shop. You know nothing yo big, but just a nice little shop. Maybe a gift shop to go along with it. It would be profitable, because there will always be people who what to drink coffee, and have a nice place to go!

But the idea of opening your own coffee shop sounds amazing. I’m directly thinkink about the 18+ kinda coffee shop, I bet it should be a huge hit.

It’s your life and future and I just hope that you will do something that you love. A profession you’re not fed up with.

I actually have tried Oblivion. But I really didn’t like it. Wasn’t my style although I didn’t give it much of a chance as I only played it once and got frustrated with it haha.

Hey Kate, saw your post a while ago about “The Kite Runner”. A couple of books I’d recommend are “The Electric Michelangelo” by Sarah Hall and “The End of Mr Y” by Scarlett Thomas. Both are great if you like quirky and unusual stories.
